Migration of data and print formats between hardware of different manufacturers and users continues to evade from being addressed. Sulking Ad Revenues & Spiraling Costs
2008 was an ugly year for the Publishing Industry. As a consequence of the global slowdown, the advertising revenues came crashing down. This "perfect storm" has put the prices on a spiral which is threatening to go out of control. Add on it, the increasing postage and paper costs across the world have indeed left no space for the publisher to move freely. As a result, the stress is being passed on to the customer.

Let’s face it. A big deal of time is wasted in creating a pre-flight and other activities before the magazine actually comes out in the users’ hands. In today’s world of extreme technological advancements, the saying “Time is Money” holds very true. Its high time that this industry needs a phenomenal change to drive this time lag off the publishing process.
